企业社会责任信息披露研究综述
摘要
随着经济的发展和社会问题的日益凸显,企业社会责任信息披露越来越多的受到了各国政府的关注,各国学者也从不同视角对其进行了深入研究,形成了丰富的理论研究成果。本文通过对国内外相关文献的归纳和整理,对企业社会责任信息披露的国内外研究进展进行总结、评述,重点对企业社会责任信息披露的内容界定、计量方法及影响因素进行梳理,在此基础上剖析我国在企业社会责任信息披露方面存在的问题,并对未来研究的发展趋势进行展望。
