我国监理行业存在的问题及改进思路

摘要
我国从1996年开始强制推行的工程监理制度为我国的工程建设作出了突出贡献,监理行业也因"强制监理"制度而兴起,但同时也暴露出很多问题。文章首先指出现阶段我国监理行业存在的主要问题,再结合建设单位对委托监理的意愿、外界对监理的态度以及中西方文化差异这三点因素,分析监理行业存在的问题不能得到根治的原因,最后从问题产生的源头入手,提出解决监理行业问题的改进思路。
The project supervision system has been forced in China since 1996. This system has made outstanding contributions to the construction of China and the supervision industry is also rising because of the "compulsory supervision " system, but it also exposes a lot of problems. This paper first summarizes the main problems existing in our country 's supervision industry at the present stage, then combines the three factors of the construction unit 's willingness to entrust supervision, the attitude of the outside to supervision and the cultural differences between China and the West and analyzes the reasons why the problems existing in the supervision industry cannot be cured. Finally, starting from the source of the problem, improvement ideas are proposed to solve the problem of supervision industry.
