摘要
为提高拆解效率,提出了基于遗传模拟退火算法的混凝土泵车分动箱拆解序列规划方法。首先分析了混凝土泵车分动箱的装配关系,运用联接图,构建了混凝土泵车分动箱拆解模型,并进行了简化,得到了联接矩阵。然后,研究了混凝土泵车分动箱拆解约束关系,生成了拆解优先约束矩阵,进而构建了评价指标与适应度函数。最后,基于遗传模拟退火算法对混凝土泵车分动箱拆解序列进行优化,获得最优的拆解序列。这为混凝土泵车分动箱的高效拆解提供了一种新的途径。
In order to improve the efficiency of disassembly,the disassembly sequence planning method for transfer case of concrete pump is proposed based on genetic simulated annealing algorithm. Firstly,the assembly relationship of transfer case is analyzed. The disassembly model of transfer case and coupling matrix are obtained with connection diagram. Then,the disassembly constraint relations of transfer case are discussed. The disassembly priority constraint matrix is generated. The evaluation index and fitness function are built. Finally,the disassembly sequence of transfer case is optimized based on genetic simulated annealing algorithm,so the optimal disassembly sequence is achieved. The results provide a new way for efficient disassembling the of concrete pump transfer case.
