摘要
为探讨运输对犬的影响,本试验以拉布拉多犬为实验动物,运输前和运输2 h后分别采血,应用放射免疫、生化等方法测定血液皮质醇、促肾上腺皮质激素和生化指标。结果显示,运输后皮质醇(COR)浓度和谷草转氨酶(AST)比运输前显著增高(P<0.05),肌酸激酶(CK)活性极显著增高(P<0.01),促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、葡萄糖(GLU)无明显差异(P>0.05)。结果表明,2 h运输可引起拉布拉多犬血液皮质醇、谷草转氨酶和肌酸激酶水平的变化。
        In order to study the effect of transport on dogs, Labrador retrievers were chosen and blood was collected before transport andafter 2-hour transport. Then serum cortisol, adrenocorticotropic hormone and biochemical indices were determined. The results showed: the concentration of cortisol and the activity of glutamic oxalacetic transaminase(AST) were significantly increased after transport(P<0.05). The activity of Creatine kinase(CK) was significantly increased(P<0.01). Adrenocorticotropic hormone(ACTH), alanine transaminase(ALT), alkaline phosphatase(ALP), lactate dehydrogenase(LDH), glucose(GLU) had no significant difference(P>0.05). In conclusion, 2-hour transport stress can induce the change of serum cortisol, AST and CK of Labrador retriever.
