摘要
分析了轧余率对拉幅定形机能耗的影响,比较了70%轧余率和85%轧余率所需消耗热能的差异。控制轧辊线压力可降低轧余率;控制轧辊刚度可提高轧液均匀性。针对轧辊结构设计,提出了合理选取辊体直径以及一些其他结构措施的方案。
        The influence of pick up on energy consumption of stenter setting machine was analyzed, and the difference between pick up 70% and 85% in energy consumption was compared. The pick up can be reduced by controlling the line pressure of roller, and the evenness of padding liquid can be improved by controlling the roller stiffness. According to the design of the roller structure, the programs about reasonable select of roller diameter and other structures were put forward.
