摘要

在充分研究该铜镍硫化矿矿石性质及现场存在问题基础上,采用φ500mm CPT浮选柱进行半工业试验,考察了CPT浮选柱在磐石矿山分公司选矿车间尾矿再选及精选当中的应用。实验表明,CPT浮选柱在铜镍金属矿物浮选当中,回收细粒级产品优于机械搅拌式浮选机。
        On the basis of fully studying the ore properties of the Cu-Ni sulfide ores and existing problems in the field,pilot test with a 500 mm CPT flotation column,the application of CPT flotation column in tailings reconcentration and concentrating of Panshi mine Branch's flotation workshop was investigated.Experiments show that CPT flotation column is used in the mineral flotation of coppernickel metal,recovery of fine-grained products is superior to mechanical agitation flotation,machine,recovery of coarse-grained products is weaker than mechanical agitation flotation machine.
