摘要
目的构建PICC专科护士核心能力培养课程,为培养PICC专科护士提供理论参考。方法基于文献研究设计PICC专科护士核心能力培训课程的专家咨询问卷,采用德尔菲专家咨询法对18名专家进行2轮咨询,最终确立PICC专科护士核心能力培养课程内容。结果形成由4个一级指标、21个二级指标、73个三级指标组成的课程体系,授课形式包括理论授课、实践管理、模拟训练及实践操作,授课时间包括理论授课38课时、实训授课2周。结论初步构建的PICC专科护士核心能力培养课程注重实践管理、科研训练及可行性,为建立科学的、系统的PICC专科护士培养模式奠定了理论基础。
Objective To develop the core courses for PICC specialized nurses. Methods The expert consultation questionnaire on the core courses for PICC specialized nurses was designed through literature retrieval.After two rounds of consultation with 18 experts using Delphi method the core courses for PICC specialized nurses were established. Results The curriculum system included 4 first-level indicators, 21 second-level indicators and 73 third-level indicators. The total courses covered 38-class hour theory lessons and two-week practice. Conclusion The designed core courses for PICC specialized nurses focus on practical management,scientific research training and feasibility, providing a basis for standardization of nurse training system.
