摘要

地方本科院校在高等教育体系中处于"尴尬的中间层",导致学生管理存在理念上不适应应用型人才培养目标、方式上不能满足学生发展诉求、学生认识上因偏差参与动力不足等问题。因此,在转型发展背景下,地方本科院校通过构建民主、参与、共享的学生管理机制来解决这些问题,满足学生个性化、多样化发展需求,提升学生的可持续发展能力。
        Local undergraduate colleges are in the"awkward middle layer"in the higher education system,resulting in the problems of student management,such as the idea of not adapting to the training goals of application-oriented talents,not meeting the demands of students' development,and the deviation of students' understanding and lack of motivation to participate.Therefore,in the context of transformation and development,it is necessary for local undergraduate to establish a democratic,participatory and shared student management mechanism to meet the personalized and diversified development needs of students and enhance their sustainable development ability.
