摘要

研究立足于东北地区农林高校知识产权保护现状,从知识产权保护意识、知识产权管理体系、知识产权教育体系、知识产权流失、知识产权转化、知识产权评估等方面分析知识产权保护现状。提出相关对策:提高知识产权保护意识;加强知识产权管理体系建设;加强知识产权教育体系建设;减少知识产权流失;加强知识产权转化力度;加强知识产权评估体系建设。
        The present situation of intellectual property protection was analyzed from the aspects of intellectual property protection consciousness,intellectual property management system and so on in this paper which was based on the current situation of intellectual property protection in agricultural and forestry universities in the Northeast,and the relevant countermeasures were put forward to promote the protection of intellectual property and the transformation of intellectual property in agricultural and forestry universities in the Northeast China.
