肿瘤标志物CA15-3、CA125对预测乳腺癌复发转移作用分析

摘要
目的探讨肿瘤标志物CA15-3、CA125在预测乳腺癌复发转移中的应用价值。方法选取2011-01~2013-12间于我院收治的150例乳腺癌患者作为观察组,采用微粒子化学发光法检测,对其进行术前、术后血清CA15-3、CA125检测,并与健康女性检测结果进行比较,对比分析两组检测结果。结果Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期患者血清中CA15-3、CA125水平与健康女性相近,Ⅲ期、Ⅳ期患者血清中CA15-3、CA125水平均明显高于健康女性,复发转移患者14例(10.2%),且此类患者的CA15-3明显升高,与无复发转移患者相比差异明显,统计学意义突出(P<0.05)。结论肿瘤标志物CA15-3、CA125对于乳腺癌的临床分期诊断和预期复发转移情况具有重要价值,值得临床推广。
Objective To study the tumor markers CA15- 3 and CA125 application value in predicting recurrence of breast cancer metastasis. Methods 150 cases of breast cancer patients from January,2011 to December,2013 in the hospital were selected as observation group; enzyme- linked immunoassay detection was used to do serum CA15- 3 and CA125 detection on the preoperative and postoperative period,and testing results were compared with healthy women. Test results of the two groups were compared. Results CA15- 3,CA125 levels in serum of stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ were similar with healthy women,patients' serum CA15- 3 and CA125 levels of stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ were significantly higher than those of healthy women. 14 patients with recurrence metastasis were 10. 2%,and CA15- 3 in patients was increased obviously. There was obvious difference in patients with recurrence metastasis,with prominent statistical significance( P < 0. 05).Conclusion Tumor markers CA15- 3 and CA125 has important value for clinical staging diagnosis of breast cancer recurrence and expected move case,so it is worthy of clinical promotion.
