摘要
抗冲击强度是玻璃力学性能的重要指标之一,影响着玻璃的质量及应用。通过对光伏压延玻璃的抗冲击强度的研究,结合高速摄像和微观形貌进行分析,发现随着玻璃厚度的增加,玻璃的抗冲击强度随之增大;当玻璃的厚度相同时,不同表面形态的光伏压延玻璃的抗冲击强度不同,抗冲击强度随着表面形态不同由高到低表现为:压花面>绒面>镜面,压花面可提高玻璃的抗冲击强度。
Impact strength is one of the important indexes of mechanical properties of glass, which affects the quality and application of glass. Through the study of impact strength of photovoltaic rolling glass,combined with high-speed photography and micro-morphology analysis, it is found that the impact strength of glass increases with the increase of glass thickness. When the thickness of glass is the same, the impact strength of different surface morphology of photovoltaic rolling glass is different, and the impact strength of different surface morphology is from high to low as follows: embossed surface > velvet surface > mirror,embossed surface can improve the impact strength of glass.
