摘要
针对直墙半圆拱U型钢理论计算不精确问题,以U29型断面为例,基于Nastran的考虑剪切应力的开口梁Beam单元研究了直墙半圆拱型支架Mises应力分布规律,得出采用Beam单元与Bar单元以及理论计算的结果在棚腿底部和拱顶角度为90°时最大Mises应力相差较大,但在棚腿最大Mises应力处三者相差不大,仅为3%~10%。
        In order to solve the imprecise computation problem of the U-shaped steel support formed by straight wall and half arch, taking the U29 beam section as an example, presented the numerical calculation of the open Beam element considering the shear stress in Nastran software to analyze stress distribution law of the U-shaped steel support. The results showed that there was big difference between the maximum Mises stress of the open Beam element and that of the closed beam Bar element as well as the theoretical calculation at the bottom of leg and 90° dome of the U-shaped steel support.However, there were a little difference, only 3%~10%, in the maximum Mises stress of the U-shaped steel support leg for the three calculations.
