摘要
目的评探讨牵引成骨技术矫治面部复杂畸形的临床疗效。方法对复杂面部畸形采用常规正颌外科手术无法一期解决的面部畸形10例患者,采用牵引成骨技术配合正颌外科技术进行治疗。手术一期置入内置式牵引器,术后1周开始牵引;牵引结束后3~6个月再行二期手术。结果 10例患者均完成牵引成骨,所牵引成骨平均牵引长度18 mm,面部外形及咬关系均得到明显改善。随访2~4年,疗效满意。结论通过牵引成骨技术治疗复杂面部畸形可以达到良好的手术效果,是治疗面部复杂畸形有效的手术方法。
        Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of distraction osteogenesis in the treatment of complicated maxillofacial deformities. Methods From January 2012 to 2017, 10 patients with complicated maxillofacial deformities underwent distraction osteogenesis technique treatment combined with the orthognathic surgical technique. An internal retractor was implanted in the first stage of the operation. Traction was performed at 1 week after the operation. The second stage operation was performed from 3 to 6 months after the traction was complete. Results Distraction osteogenesis was completed in all patients, and bones formed in all distraction osteogenesis sites.The average traction length was 18 mm, and the facial contours and occlusion relationships were improved significantly. All patients were followed up from 2 to 4 years. The efficacy was satisfactory. Conclusion The distraction osteogenesis technique was an effective method in the treatment of complicated maxillofacial deformities. The application of the distraction osteogenesis technique can achieve good surgical results.
