摘要
通过对大型法兰叉头调质余量进行优化研究,从热处理工艺、硬度、力学性能、变形等方面进行分析,得出将法兰叉头型腔精加工后进行调质,可有效缩短其加工周期,降低生产成本,提高其力学性能,改善使用性能。
By optimized researching on quenching and tempering allowance of large sized flange fork head,and analyzing in terms of heat treatment technique,hardness,mechanical properties and deformation as well as other aspects,it concluded that flange fork head cavity was conducted quenching and tempering after finishing machining and could shorten machining cycle,reduce production costs,improve mechanical properties and service performance of the product.
