摘要
鉴于我国高等教育质量与内涵发展要求,高校课堂教学方法改革创新势在必行。论文阐释了双师同堂教学法的概念、特征、形式、必要性;分析了滁州学院《人力资源管理》课程教学实践现状,以及开展课程教学改革的必要性;结合"选择教师、课前准备、课上实施、课后持续"等工作流程,讨论了"双师同堂"教学在人力资源管理课程中的教学设计、学情调研、双师协同、持续反馈等实操内容。通过"双师同堂"教学模式改革,提升了课程质量和教学效果,促进了教师和学生的能力发展。
        The reform and innovation of the method of classroom teaching in colleges and universities is imperative in view of the requirements of the quality and connotation development in China. This paper introduces the concept, characteristics, form and necessity of double teaching method, and analyses the present situation of teaching practice of "human resource management" course and the necessity of curriculum reform at Chuzhou University. It discusses the practical contents of teaching design, investigation of learning situation, Double Division Synergy and continuous feedback in the course of "human resource management" combined with the workflow for selecting teacher, pre-class preparation, in-class implementation and after-class continuity. Not only the teaching effect and the quality of courses are improved, but also the ability of teachers and students is promoted.
