持续性质量改进对肝癌患者中心静脉置管相关感染的效果

摘要
目的探讨持续性质量改进对肝癌患者中心静脉置管相关感染的影响。方法按照医院管理持续性改进时间,将114例颈内静脉置管的肝癌患者分为研究组(改进后)与对照组(改进前)。分析两组管理效果。结果研究组感染发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);两组每周敷料更换次数、清洁次数差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肝癌患者实施中心静脉置管治疗中,辅以持续性质量改进的效果显著。
Objective To discuss the effect of continuous quality improvement of catheter related infections in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma venous center. Methods According to the duration of hospital management improvement, 114 patients with liver cancer were divided into study group(improved) and control group(before improvement). The two group management effect was analyzed. Results The incidence of infection in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05). The difference between the two groups in the number of dressing replacement and the number of patients were significantly different(P < 0.05). Conclusion The treatment of central venous catheterization in patients with liver cancer, the effect of continuous quality improvement was great.
