摘要
利用棉籽油为原料,与三乙烯四胺及氯化苄反应,合成了一种咪唑啉缓蚀剂。采用静态挂片失重法测定了咪唑啉缓蚀剂及其复配体系在盐酸介质中对N80钢的缓蚀效率。结果表明:该咪唑啉缓蚀剂在15%盐酸介质中对N80钢具有较好的缓蚀能力,与KI、OP-10、丙炔醇复配后对抑制N80钢的腐蚀产生很好的协同效果。在实验条件下,该复配物加入丙炔醇的量为0.1%,缓蚀剂为0.3%时,缓蚀效率最高,可达到99.39%。
        A new imidazoline corrosion inhibitor was synthesized by using cottonseed oil as raw material,reacted with triethylenetetramine and benzyl chloride.The inhibition efficiency of the imidazoline and the mixture containing imidazoline for N80 carbon steel in hydrochloric acid were investigated by weight loss measurement.The results show that the imidozaline corrosion inhibitor has strong inhibition ability for N80 carbon steel in 15% hydrochloric acid.Additionally,excellent synergistic effect can be obtained when the imidazoline was mixed with potassium iodide,OP-10 and propargyl alcohol under experimental condition.The inhibition efficiency is 99.39% when corrosion inhibitor was 0.3% mixed with 0.1% potassium iodide.
