穴位按摩联合个性化护理在小儿泌尿外科围手术期的应用

摘要
目的探讨穴位按摩联合个性化护理在小儿泌尿外科围手术期的疗效。方法选取收治的68例泌尿外科围手术期患儿,依据随机数字表法随机分为对照组和治疗组,各34例。对照组在患儿围手术期给予常规护理,治疗组在患儿围手术期给予中医穴位按摩联合个性化护理。比较2组患儿平均住院时间和并发症发生情况,焦虑情绪改善情况,以及家属护理满意度。结果治疗组较对照组平均住院时间更短、并发症发生率更低(P<0.05);2组患儿治疗后SAS评分均降低(P<0.05),且治疗组较对照组降低程度更显著(P<0.05);治疗组的护理满意度为100%(34/34),对照组的护理满意度为85.29%(29/34)(P<0.05)。结论中医穴位按摩联合个性化护理在小儿泌尿外科围手术期间能够缩短住院时间,减少并发症的发生,缓解患儿焦虑情绪,且护理满意度高,对于小儿泌尿外科围手术期有较好的的护理效果,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the curative effect of acupoint massage combined with individualized nursing in perioperative period of pediatric urology. Methods A total of 68 children admitted to our hospital for perioperative urological surgery were selected, and randomly divided into control group and treatment group according to the random number table method. The control group received routine care during perioperative period, while the treatment group received acupoint massage combined with personalized care during perioperative period. The mean length of hospital stay and the occurrence of complications, the improvement of anxiety and the satisfaction of family care were compared between the two groups. Results The mean length of stay in the treatment group was shorter and the incidence of complications was lower than the control group( P < 0.05). After treatment, the SAS scores of both groups were reduced(P < 0.05), and the reduction degree of the treatment group was more significant than the control group( P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the treatment group was 100%(34/34), and that of the control group was 85.29%(29/34)(P < 0.05).Conclusion Acupoint massage combined with individualized nursing can shorten the length of hospitalization, reduce the occurrence of complications, relieve the anxiety of children, and have high nursing satisfaction, which has a good nursing effect for the perioperative period of pediatric urology and is worthy of clinical application.
