摘要

目的评价复方麝香按摩凝胶的抗炎、镇痛作用。方法通过角叉菜胶致大鼠足跖肿胀试验、二甲苯致大鼠耳廓肿胀试验,观察复方麝香按摩凝胶的抗炎作用;通过大鼠醋酸扭体法和热板法,观察复方麝香按摩凝胶的镇痛作用。结果复方麝香按摩凝胶能明显抑制角叉菜胶致大鼠足跖肿胀和二甲苯致大鼠耳廓肿胀;对醋酸致大鼠扭体反应有明显的抑制作用,可提高大鼠热痛阈值。结论复方麝香按摩凝胶有明显的抗炎、镇痛作用。
        Objective To evaluate the analgesic effect and anti-inflammatory effects of compound musk massage gel.Methods By establishing dimethyl benzene-induced auris swelling model in rats and carrageen-induced feet swelling model in rats to observe the anti-inflammatory effects of the compound musk massage gel,and adopting to observe the analgesic effect of the compound musk massage gel. Results The compound musk massage gel can significantly inhibite the swelling of rat paw caused by carrageenin and the auricle swelling induced by xylene in rats as well as inhibit the writhing reaction induced by acetic acid,and increas the threshold of thermal pain in rats as well. Conclusion The compound musk massage gel has significant effects for anti-inflammatory and analgesic.
