北仑区中青年慢性胃炎患者发病危险因素调查

摘要
目的分析宁波市北仑区中青年慢性胃炎发病的危险因素,为慢性胃炎的防治提供依据。方法选择2014年1月-2017年4月在北仓区小港医院就诊的78例中青年慢性胃炎患者为研究组,同期来该医院体检的78例健康中青年志愿者为对照组,应用自制调查问卷对两组对象收入、吸烟、饮酒等因素进行调查,并应用单因素和多因素Logistic回归分析危险因素。结果 78例中青年慢性胃炎患者年龄为18~55岁,其中25~35岁所占比例最高,为48.72%。单因素分析显示,北仑区中青年慢性胃炎患者发病与是否吸烟、饮酒、按时吃饭、偏爱热食、经常暴饮暴食、焦虑和经常吃水果有关(P<0.05),与文化程度、月收入无关(P>0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,吸烟指数>100、饮酒指数>200、不按时吃饭、偏爱热食、经常暴饮暴食和存在焦虑状况是北仑区中青年慢性胃炎患者发病的危险因素,爱吃水果是保护性因素(P<0.05)。结论吸烟指数>100、饮酒指数>200、不按时吃饭、偏爱热食、经常暴饮暴食和存在焦虑状况是北仑区中青年慢性胃炎患者发病的危险因素,爱吃水果是北仑区中青年慢性胃炎患者发病的保护性因素。
Objective To analyze the risk factors of chronic gastritis in young and middle-aged patients in Beilun district of Ningbo,so as to provide evidence for the prevention and treatment of chronic gastritis. Methods Seventy-eight young and middle-aged patients with chronic gastritis in Xiangang hospital of Beilun district from January 2014 to April 2017 were selected as the study group,and 78 healthy young volunteers who were examined in a hospital during the same period were selected as control group. The income,smoking,drinking and other factors of two groups were investigated by self-made questionnaire,and the risk factors were analyzed by single factor and multi factor logistic regression analysis. Results The age of78 young and middle-aged patients with chronic gastritis was 18 ~ 55 years,among whom,25 ~ 35 years old accounted for the highest proportion,accounting for 48. 72%. Single factor analysis showed that the incidence of chronic gastritis among young and middle-aged people in Beilun district was related to smoking,drinking,eating on time,preferring for hot food,frequent overeating,anxiety and frequent eating of fruits( P < 0. 05),and it was not related to educational level and monthly income( P> 0. 05). Logistic regression analysis showed that smoking index > 100,drinking index > 200,seldom having meals on time,preferring hot food,overeating,anxiety status were the risk factors in young and middle-aged patients with chronic gastritis in Beilun district,eating fruits was protective factor( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Smoking index > 100,drinking index > 200,seldom having meals on time,preferring for hot food,overeating,anxiety are the risk factors in young and middle-aged patients with chronic gastritis in Beilun district,eating fruits is protective factor in young and middle-aged patients with chronic gastritis in Beilun district.
