摘要
针对烤烟苗期地膜回收问题,设计出一种皮带导轨梳齿式挑膜机构。首先,通过建立挑膜齿的运动轨迹方程并结合挑膜齿在挑膜瞬间的受力分析,得到卷膜滚筒上单侧的挑膜齿数设计为齿为最佳的齿数排列和确定了卷膜辊转动的最佳转速范围是。然后,利用Matlab分析得到挑膜齿与皮带间的夹角90°时的余摆线为最佳的地膜运动轨迹曲线。最后,通过试验验证了皮带导轨式挑膜齿的排列、安装角度及地膜铲的最佳入土深度的可靠性,表明了当横向行走速度是0.3m/s为最优且稳定性较高。
Regarding the recycling of mulch film in the flue-cured tobacco seedling stage,a belt guide comb type film picking mechanism has been designed. Firstly,based on the analysis of the motion equation of the tooth pick and the force analysis of the tooth pick in the moment of the membrane,the number of pick teeth in the single side of the film roll is designed to be as the best number of teeth arrangement and the optimal range of rotation speed is determined as. Then,based on the Matlab analysis,the optimal film trajectory curve is obtained when the angle between the pick teeth and the belt is 90 degrees. At last,the reliability of the arrangement and installation angle of the tooth pick of the belt guide type as well as the optimum soil depth of the film shovel is proved by experiments,showing that it reaches the optimal and highest stability when the transverse walk speed is 0.3 m/s.
