摘要
随着经济社会的迅速发展和城市的急剧扩张,人类对于各类资源的消耗和废弃物的排放与日俱增,引起了一系列的环境问题,可持续发展成为解决环境问题的必然选择,也为人居环境领域的可持续设计提出了新的命题;而建筑作为城市的基本构成单元和人类日常生活的主要载体,成为了可持续发展的重点研究对象。文章概述了超级利用理念的产生、形成以及设计要点与辅助工具;以维普洛别墅和沃尔姆总部为案例解析了在超级利用理念下建筑设计的具体实践过程,探讨了基于该理念的设计方法在我国推广的可行性和对可持续建筑设计的有益启示。
        With the rapid development of economy and society and the rapid expansion of cities, human consumption of various resources and waste discharge are increasing day by day, resulting in a series of environmental problems. In this context, sustainable development has become the inevitable choice to solve the problem and put forward a new proposition for sustainable design in the field of human settlement environment. As the basic constituent unit of a city and the main carrier of human daily life, architecture has become the research focus of sustainable development. This paper summarizes the generation, formation, design essentials and auxiliary tools of the concept of super utilization. Take the Villa Welpeloo and WORM Re Create as the example, this paper also analyzes the concrete practice process of architectural design under the concept of super-utilization by combining with practical cases, and probes into the feasibility of popularizing the design method based on this concept in China and the beneficial enlightenment for sustainable architectural design.
