摘要
采用热裂解-气相色谱-质谱(PY-GC-MS)和薄层色谱(TLC)法,通过对比低温快速裂解的总离子流图(TIC)、主要物质的出峰时间、特征产物以及薄层色谱得到的荧光斑点数目和比移值(R_f),成功鉴别檀香紫檀木材与染料紫檀木材。低温快速裂解所需样品少,鉴别精度高,适用于珍贵文物、高档家具的鉴定;薄层色谱法不需借助大型仪器,易于操作和普及,但需辅助其他检测手段。
        In order to rapidly and accurately identify Pterocarpus santalinus and Pterocarpus tinctorius wood,pyrolysis-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(PY-GC-MS)and thin layer chromatography(TLC)were used to obtain fluorescence spot numbers and Rf values by contrasting total ions chromatogram produced through rapid pyrolysis at a low temperature,peak time of main components and difference among products of pyrolysis.The two methods were both successful in identifying the two wood species.PY-GC-MS was an effective technique in identifying wood species for precious cultural relics and high-end furniture because of high accuracy and a small sample sizes,while TLC was simple to operate and easy to be applied without aid of large instruments.
