摘要
同一基因编码产生的不同蛋白质亚型通常发挥着不同的生物学功能,利用公共数据库及各类预测软件,对Autotaxin基因编码产生的3个蛋白亚型ATX-α、ATX-β、ATX-γ进行生物信息学分析,从蛋白质的序列、二级结构、理化性质、亲疏水性、结构域、跨膜区域等方面进行比较,结果发现三者在各个方面有很大的相似性,除了跨膜区域外,三者各个方面均存在差异,这些差异可能导致3个蛋白亚型在功能上的不同。
