摘要
为了研究套管打捞系统和轴向激振器参数对套管振动响应的影响规律,为振动系统参数优化提供依据,建立了套管回收系统的等效弹簧-质量模型,并推导了简化模型的解析解,研究了系统参数对套管振幅的影响以及卡点和摩擦力导致的不确定性。研究结果表明:可以通过调整系统的刚度分布实现共振,三阶主振型有更大的轴向振幅,在该振型下共振更有利于套管回收;卡点的存在大幅度地提高了系统的固有频率,摩擦力几乎不改变共振频率,但会大大降低共振响应;实现系统共振比将套管作为一个动态吸振器更有利于减阻;地面检测到的幅频曲线可以用来诊断井下是否存在卡点等问题。
        The study on the influences of the parameters of casing salvage system and axial exciter on vibration response of casing can provide basis for optimization of parameters of vibration system.For this reason,the equivalent spring-mass model of casing recovery system is established,and the analytical solution of the simplified model is deduced.The influence of system parameters on casing amplitude and the uncertainty caused by sticking point and friction force are studied.The results show that resonance can be achieved by adjusting the stiffness distribution of the system,the third-order main mode has larger axial amplitude,and the resonance under the mode is more conducive to casing recovery.The existence of sticking points greatly increases the natural frequency of the system,and the friction force hardly changes the resonance frequency,but greatly reduces the resonance response.It is more beneficial to reduce drag to realize system resonance than to use casing as a dynamic vibration absorber.The amplitude-frequency curve detected on the ground can be used to diagnose whether there are sticking points in the well.
