摘要
针对汽车在行驶中传动轴发生振动的问题,以某型号微型汽车为研究对象,基于SolidWorks建立了检测其传动轴振动特性的试验台模型,试验台采用PLC-变频器作为驱动系统,磁粉制动器作为负载,能够根据不同路况条件进行相应的动力/阻力加载。伺服电机驱动滚珠丝杠作为负载部分的运动执行机构,可以满足主减速器空间三维移动,以便与调整角度后的传动轴连接。采用LabVIEW软件作为开发平台,可以同步获取电动机的转速信号、传动轴和主减速器的振动信号,方便试验人员进行数据分析和处理。经验证,本试验台可以满足使用要求。
        According to the vibration problem of driveshaft when car on the road,taking one type of mini car as the research object,a test-bed model for detecting the driveshaft vibration is established based on the SolidWorks,in this test-bed,the PLC-VFD is used as driving system and magnetic powder brake is as load,the power/resistance loading can be carried out according to the different road conditions.Taking the servo motor driving ball screw as the movement actuator of the load,the three-dimensional movement of main reducer can be realized to adjust the changing angle of the driveshaft when connecting in different experiments.Using LabVIEW as development platform,and the electromotor speed signal,driveshaft and main reducer vibration signal are synchronous acquired,and it is convenient for data analysis and processing.Experiment result shows,this test-bed meets the requirement.
