静电除尘器极板粉尘层附着力理论研究

摘要
静电除尘器是目前最有效的除尘装置之一,影响静电除尘器除尘效果和使用范围的主要原因之一是振打清灰引起的二次扬尘,其受到极板表面与粉尘层之间的附着力、收尘电场强度及清灰时出现的剥离力等诸多元素的影响,而其中的主要因素是极板粉尘层的附着力。
        The electrostatic precipitator is one of the most effective precipitation equipment at present time. One of the main reasons concerning the dust removal effect and using range of the electrostatic precipitator refers to the secondary fly ash caused by shaking, striking and cleaning ash. It is affected by many elements, such as the adhesive force between the pole board surface and dust layer and peeling off force arose by the moment of electric field intensity of dust collection and dust cleaning. Thereinto, the main factor is the adhesive force of the pole board and dust layer.
