摘要
介绍了电除尘器的湿式清灰、声波清灰和机械清灰等三种不同清灰方式,比较了它们的使用场合和性能优劣;重点论述了机械清灰方式的振打清灰原理,讨论了振打制度、振打加速度与除尘效果的关系,提出了最优除尘效果的合理振打制度和最小振打加速度方案,达到优化电除尘器性能的目的。
In this paper three different cleaning methods of electrostatic precipitators were described and their applications and advantages and disadvantages were compared each other. The three methods were wet cleaning,acoustic cleaning and mechanical cleaning. The cleaning ash principle on the mechanical cleaning method were focused to discuss,and the relationship between rapping system,rapping acceleration and dust removal effect were analyzed. To achieve the purpose of optimizing the performance of electrostatic precipitators,the optimal rapping system and the minimum rapping acceleration scheme were developed.
