摘要
渝黔铁路新白沙沱长江大桥主桥设计为(81+162+432+162+81) m双塔双索面6线铁路钢桁梁斜拉桥,是世界上首座采用双层桥面布置的铁路斜拉桥,也是中国高速铁路建设中首批采用BIM技术进行设计和施工的试点项目之一。针对大桥所处地理位置的复杂环境,为解决钢梁架设难题,检验施工方案的可行性,对钢梁架设方案和施工过程进行了全面模拟,对技术细节和发现的问题进行优化处理,消除了安全隐患,显著提高了项目的设计质量。利用BIM技术研究成果采用可视化交底对现场技术和劳务人员进行培训,使其充分理解各工序作业内容、技术要点,各自的责任分工、配合方式、安全注意事项等,增强了其参与意识和责任意识,有效提高了工作效率、降低了安全风险,确保了项目的成功实施。
        The main bridge of New Baishatuo Yangtze River bridge on Chongqing-Guizhou Railway is designed as( 81 +162 + 432 + 162 + 81) m 6-line steel truss girder cable-stayed railway bridge with double tower and double cable plane.It is the first cable-stayed railway bridge with double deck in the world and also one of the first pilot projects using BIM Technology to design and construct the high speed railway in China. In view of the complex environment where the bridge is located,in order to solve the problem of steel girder erection and inspect the feasibility of the construction scheme,the erection scheme and construction process of the steel girder are simulated comprehensively and the technical details and the problems found are optimized to eliminate the potential safety hazards and improve significantly the design quality of the project. the BIM technology research results are used to train the on-site technicist and labor service personnel by visual presentation to fully understand the work contents and technical points of each process,their respective responsibilities and division, coordination methods, and safety precautions, which has enhanced their awareness of participation and responsibility,effectively improved work efficiency,reduced safety risks and ensured the successful implementation of the project.
