摘要
核反应压水堆机组在每次换料大修中必须进行反应堆开关盖作业。方家山核电机组使用整体式主螺栓拉伸机进行开关盖作业,拉伸机吊装的水平度直接影响其在堆顶就位的对中程度,对中不理想可能造成主螺栓、螺孔永久性损坏等不可逆的严重后果。本文通过对原整体拉伸机吊装水平度调整方式的深入分析提出使用被动式液压缸机械结构,结合电子角度测量技术优化拉伸机吊装水平度调整方式,最终实现拉伸机在线液压调平以及远程控制功能。该工作成功的实施为核反应堆大型部件吊装水平度调整提供了经验和借鉴,值得采用和推广。
        The opening/closing of reactor closure head is indispensable for each refueling outage of a pressurized water reactor(PWR). Multi-stud tensioner mechanism(MSTM) is applied in the operation of reactor closure head in Fangjiashan nuclear power reactor, the hoisting levelness of tensioner directly affects the centering of the closure head. So, inappropriate centering would induce irreversible consequences, like permanent damages in main studs and stud holes. This thesis proposes passive hydraulic cylinder mechanism combined with the levelness adjustment method of tensioner hoisting through the digital inclinator measuring technology after in-depth analysis for the levelness adjustment of original MSTM, ultimately accomplishing online hydraulic leveling and remote control function for the tensioner. This work provides experience and reference for the hoisting levelness of large component of nuclear reactors, which is worthy of adoption and promotion.
