摘要
M310堆型是国内营运最广泛的机型,其全面在役检查大修实施的项目众多,计划实施难度大,寻求在役检查项目实施计划最优化则有助于减少核电机组停堆时间,从而提高核电厂核安全和发电业绩水平。本文综合分析了维修工作和其他无损检测任务、一回路水位状态、人力资源、在役检查检验技术的局限性等因素对在役检查项目实施的影响,探讨了目前在役检查计划管理采用的水位图与甘特图结合法、关键路径法、动态管理等计划管理方法和手段,在此基础上对核岛全面在役检查大修典型的实施计划进行了总结和归纳。本文针对国内某电厂201大修新的要求和困难,通过对反应堆压力容器筒体超声/射线/视频检查项目、射线检查项目,远程视频检查项目计划调整优化,缩短了大修工期的同时,提高了人员的利用率。
        The M310 reactor type as the most widely used model in China, includes many projects, and is difficult to implement the plan. The optimized plan will help to reduce the shutdown time of the nuclear power plant, thereby increasing nuclear power plant nuclear safety and power generation performance levels. This article comprehensively analyzes the impact of maintenance work and other non-destructive testing tasks, the influence of the status of the water level in the primary circuit, the limitations of human resources, in-service inspection and inspection technologies,and other factors on the implementation of in-service inspection projects, and discusses the current in-service inspection program management. Water level maps and Gantt chart combination method, key path method, dynamic management and other program management methods and methods, on this basis, the nuclear island comprehensive in-service inspection and overhaul typical implementation plan was summarized. In response to the new requirements and difficulties for the major repairs of Fuqing 201 overhaul, this paper has improved the utilization rate of personnel by shortening the overhaul period while optimizing the ultrasonic UT/RT/video inspection items, radiographic inspection items, and remote video inspection project plans for reactor pressure vessels.
