摘要
向家坝水库全面形成以后,蓄水至水电站正常运行水位380 m,库区干流航行条件得到本质改善;但随着库区水位与面积扩大,风大浪高现象渐显凸出,影响船舶安全航行。为了掌握库区的风浪要素的变化规律,评价风浪要素对船舶航行、停泊与作业的影响程度,通过国内外各水域的风浪要素计算方法及其计算理论研究分析,结合库区各典型断面的实测数据,拟合得到比较能真实反映向家坝库区库风浪要素变化规律的计算公式,并结合计算结果总结得到库区全年的风浪变化规律,为后期库区航道的建设管理及船型的开发设计提供了必要的基础资料。
        After the formation of Xiangjiaba reservoir area,the navigation condition of the main stream in the reservoir area has been improved with the running water level of the hydropower station to 380 m. However,with the water level and area to expand,the wind waves elements gradually prominent and affecting the ship safe navigation. In order to grasp the changing law of the wind and wave elements in the reservoir area and evaluate the influence degree of wind and wave elements on the navigation,berthing and operation of the ship,the calculation method of wind and wave elements in various waters at home and abroad and its calculation theory was analyzed,combined with the typical sections of the reservoir area. The measured data is fitted to the calculation formula which can compare the change law of the wind and wave elements in the Xiangjiaba reservoir area,combined with the calculation results,the law of wind and wave changes in the reservoir area is obtained which provides the necessary basic data for the construction and management of the navigation channel and the development and design of the ship type.
