摘要
为解决沙坪洗煤厂重介浅槽刮板卡阻矸石导致浅槽跳闸、驱动部分联轴器故障等事故,提出了在刮板起弧段和爬坡段分别加装一层耐磨板来降低刮板和底板之间的间隙,以达到减少物料进入刮板和底板之间间隙内的目的。重介浅槽技术改造后大大降低了设备故障率,降低矸石带煤的损失,减少了因设备发生故障而造成被迫停车时间,延长了设备使用周期,提高了洗煤厂经济效益。
        In order to solve the accidents such as shallow trough tripping and driving part coupling failure caused by heavy-duty shallow trough scraping of Shaping Coal Preparation Plant,it is proposed to install a layer of wear-resisting in the arcing section and the climbing section of the scraper. The plate reduces the gap between the squeegee and the bottom plate to reduce the material entering the gap between the squeegee and the bottom plate,greatly reduces the equipment failure rate,the loss of the gangue coal,and the failure of the equipment. The forced parking time has extended the equipment life cycle and improved the economic efficiency of the coal preparation plant.
