摘要
某三代核电站采用模块化施工技术,其中大型结构模块分厂内预制、现场拼装、吊装安装三个阶段。由于大型结构模块具有质量及尺寸大、结构复杂、不规则等特点,现场拼装、吊装、安装的难度较大。以大型结构模块CA01的建安施工为例,对施工中常见的几类问题进行原因分析,描述了处理该问题的方法、措施,为类似项目的施工提供一定的借鉴。
        The third generation nuclear power plant adopts modular construction technology, including three stages of prefabrication, on-site assembly and hoisting installation of large structure module. Because the large structure module has the characteristics of large weight and large size, complicated structure and irregular structure, there will be some problems in the hoisting installation. This paper summarizes the problems in the installation of the large structure module CA01 of the third generation nuclear power plant, analyzes the common problems and discuss the measures to deal with this problems, design to provide a reference for similar project construction, enhances the working efficiency of the module, shorten the construction period.
