摘要
青毛豆营养丰富、口味鲜美,但剥壳费时费力,阻碍了青毛豆产业的发展。阐述了青毛豆自动剥壳机的研究现状,开展了上料口口径、轧辊间隙和清选筛角度对剥壳性能影响的正交试验。结果显示:影响剥壳成功率的因素最主要的是轧辊间隙,其次是清选筛角度,最后是上料口口径,最佳条件是上料口口径6 cm,轧辊间隙1 mm,清选筛与水平呈5°夹角。提出了青毛豆自动剥壳机的优化方案,其社会效益显著。
        Green soybean has rich nutrition and tastes delicious,but time-consuming and laborious peeling has hindered development of green soybean industry. Research status of green soybean automatic peeling machine was expounded. In order to verify performance of peeling device,orthogonal test was carried out by using feeding hole diameter,roll seam and sorting screen angle as experimental indexes. Results showed that the most important affecting factor of peeling was roll seam,second was sorting screen angle,third was feeding hole diameter. The optimum condition was that feeding hole diameter of 6 cm,roll seam of 1 mm,and sorting screen angle of 5 degrees. Optimum scheme and its remarkable social benefit of green soybean automatic peeling machine were put forward.
