摘要
目前,半夏种植没有专门的播种机,主要还是依靠人工进行,劳动强度大、费时、费力。为提高半夏机械化种植水平,设计了一种舀勺式半夏排种器。阐述了排种器的主要结构和工作原理,根据半夏种径不同等级设计了3种对应的种勺结构及排布形;采用更换输送带方设计的行距株距调整装置,可根据半夏种径等级方便地调整行距株距;采用圆柱滚子盘形凸轮机构振动和加装隔板措施设计的清种装置能可靠保证种勺内只有1颗半夏种子;利用导种筒与机架用螺栓连接的方设计的间隙调整装置,能方便地调整导种筒与种勺之间的距离,从而有效地避免重播、漏播等问题。试验结果表明:该半夏播种机排种器满足半夏播种要求,大大提高了作业效率,而且对不同半夏种径等级都具有适用性,可以大大减轻劳动强度、节约时间。
        There is no special seeding machine for the present half summer planting,and the sowing is mainly due to the artificial seeding,the intensity of labor,time and effort.In order to increase the level of mechanized farming in semi-summer,the research has designed a kind of spoon type semi-summer seed.This design describes the main structure and principle of the platter.Three kinds of ladle structure and arrangement form were designed according to the different grades of semi-summer type.The line spacing adjustment device,which is designed by changing the conveyor belt,can adjust the line spacing according to the semi-summer type.It is reliable to ensure that only one half summer seed in the ladle can be guaranteed by the design of the vibration type and the clamping device of cylindrical roller disc CAM mechanism.Using the guide tube and the frame with bolt connection ways design gap adjusting device,convenient to adjust the guide of the cylinder and the distance between the kind of spoon,effectively avoid replay,leakage problems.The experimental results showed that: Design of the metering device meet the pinellia seeder sowing requirements,greatly improving the working efficiency,but also for different levels of pinellia diameter have applicability,can greatly reduce the labor intensity and save time.
