摘要
针对因高炉上涨引起布料故障造成损失逐年扩大的现状,采取提升炉顶受料罐高度、焊补炉底密封板、调整风口上下节长度、抬高下料闸拐臂上方横梁等措施,消除设备隐患;通过加强原燃料管理、优化高炉操作、加强生产管理等措施,逐渐摸索总结出了在炉体上涨后适宜的操作制度,保证了高炉的安全顺行并取得了良好的技术经济指标。
In view of the current situation of increasing the loss caused by the failure of the material due to the internal materials rising of the blast furnace, to lift height of the top tank, weld the bottom sealing plate, adjust the upper and lower sections of the air outlet, raise the upper beam of the lower part of the lower feed gate, the hidden trouble of equipment can be eliminated. By strengthening the management of raw and fuel, optimizing blast furnace operation, strengthening production management and other measures, the suitable operating system after the furnace body rises was gradually found out. It ensures the safe operation of the blast furnace and has achieved good technical and economic indexes.
