高原露天矿山生态化开发模式的构建与研究

摘要
随着社会发展,兼顾经济、资源与环境协调发展的绿色矿山开采建设模式已是当前矿山建设的必然选择。而在矿山设计规划中,往往只考虑开采单一或几种矿种,对其他资源及空间造成了浪费。参考产业经济学相关概念,构建出可持续开采决策模型及矿山生态化开发模型。以某高原露天矿山为例,研究分析了矿山的资源特征和综合利用现状,并结合该露天矿山整体生态环境及现有开发技术,着重分析了开采废弃物综合利用、废水的综合利用、特色生活区建设三项生态化开发方案,可获得较好的经济、环保和人文效益。
        With the development of society,the green mining and construction mode with the coordinated development of economy,resources and environment has become an inevitable choice for the current mine construction.In mine design and planning,only single or several kinds of minerals are often mined,and other resources and space are wasted.Referring to the relevant concepts of industrial economics,a sustainable mining decision-making model and mine ecological development model were constructed.Taking aplateau open-pit mine as an example,the resource characteristics and comprehensive utilization status of the mine were studied and analyzed.Combined with the overall ecological environment and existing development technology of the open-pit mine,three ecological development schemes including the comprehensive utilization of mining wastes,comprehensive utilization of wastewater and the construction of characteristic living areas were emphatically analyzed.The project could achieve good economic,environmental and human benefits.
