摘要

大学生的行为大致分为内潜型和外显型两类,且各具特点。根据对其特点分析,高校应从契约管理方式强化、和谐师生关系创建、生活德育范式探索、社会主义核心价值观引领、心理健康教育指导等方面创新理念、调整模式,以满足新时代高校大学生思想政治教育需要。
        The behavior of college students is roughly divided into two types:internal and external,and they are different.According to its characteristics,colleges and universities should bring forth new ideas and adjust the mode by enhancing the contract management paradigm,creating harmonious teacher-student relationship,exploring the paradigm of life moral education,guiding the socialist core values and mental health education.It can meet the needs of college students' ideological and political education in the new era.
