摘要
通过构建长江经济带基本公共服务水平综合评价指标体系,运用熵权TOPSIS方法客观评价了沿江各省市基本公共服务综合水平,并结合探索性空间数据分析方法(ESDA)对2009-2016年长江经济带基本公共服务的时空演化进行探讨。结果表明:长江经济带基本公共服务水平呈上升趋势,且均等化水平不断提升,地区间基本公共服务相对差异呈不断缩小趋势,但绝对差距仍然较大。此外,长江经济带各省份间基本公共服务具有显著的空间正相关性,在"俱乐部趋同"和路径依赖的影响下,存在明显的极化现象。
This paper,by building the comprehensive evaluation index system of basic public services level in the Yangtze River Economic Belt,applies the entropy weight-TOPSIS method to objectively evaluate the basic public services level of each provinces and municipalities along the Yangtze River.Based on the exploratory spatial data analysis(ESDA),the paper discusses the spatial and temporal evolution of basic public services in the Yangtze River Economic belt from 2009 to 2016.The results show that the level of basic public services in the Yangtze River Economic Zone is on the rise,and the level of equalization is improving.The relative differences of basic public services among regions are decreasing,but the absolute gap is still large.In addition,there is a significant positive spatial correlation between basic public services of the provinces and municipalities in the Yangtze River Economic Zone.Under the influence of"club convergence"and path dependence,there is a remarkable polarization phenomenon.
