摘要
直流耐压试验是±500 kV换流站内设备在投运前必须开展的一项特殊交接试验,由于现场试验涉及到对多台换流变压器及直流场设备进行耐压试验,因此直流耐压试验装置在现场需进行多次重复拆卸、移动、组装、试验及装箱运输。为了保证试验装置的可靠性及长途运输的安全性,降低现场组装和拆卸的风险,提升现场试验的效率,本文以云南电网某±500 kV换流站现场直流耐压试验为例,提出了一种±500 kV换流站现场直流耐压试验装置集成化改造的方法,并成功应用。
In ± 500 kV converter station,DC withstand voltage test is a special handing over test that must be undertaken before the equipments of converter station commissioning.Because the DC withstand voltage test involves more than one converter transformers and equipments of DC field,so the DC withstand voltage test device needs to be repeatedly disassembled,moved,assembled,tested and packed on the scene.In order to ensure the reliability of the test equipment and the safety of the long-distance transportation,reduce the risk of field assembly and disassembly,improve the efficiency of the field test,this paper takes a ± 500 kV converter field DC voltage test of Yunnan power grid company as Example,and puts forward a method for the integration of DC voltage withstand test device of ±500 kV converter Station.This method was successfully applied.
