摘要
为提高大型磁悬浮控制力矩陀螺设计的可靠性,本文对大型磁悬浮控制力矩陀螺的热源及热应力分布进行了详细的分析。首先,依据陀螺功能特性对系统整体的热源进行了详细的分析。其次,基于分析结果建立系统的热分析模型,并对整机的温度场和热应力进行了计算。最后,采用长期运行温度考核和热循环温度考核对陀螺系统进行了实验测试。结果表明,陀螺系统的实际温升与理论计算结果基本一致,表明陀螺系统的整体温升能够满足使用要求。
        In order to improve the reliability of large magnetic suspended control moment gyroscope,the heat source and thermal stress distribution of large magnetic suspended control moment gyroscope are analyzed in detail. First,The heat source of the whole system is analyzed in detail according to the functional characteristics of gyroscope.Secondly,a thermal analysis model is established based on the analysis results,and the temperature field and thermal stress of the whole machine are calculated. Finally,the gyroscopic system was tested by the long-term operation temperature assessment and thermal cycle temperature assessment. The results show that the actual temperature rise of the gyro system is basically the same as that of the theoretical calculation,indicating that the overall temperature rise of the gyro system can meet the requirements.
