分步控制性减压术治疗重型脑外伤的效果观察

摘要
目的:探究分步控制性减压术治疗重型脑外伤的效果。方法:收取本次研究重型脑外伤患者100例,时间为2011年10月—2016年9月,对收取对象进行随机分组,即观察组:实施分步控制性减压术治疗;对照组:采取常规开颅血肿清除术以及骨瓣减压术治疗,对两组术中和术后并发症发生情况和COS评分进行观察和分析。结果:观察组重型脑外伤患者术中和术后并发症发生率2.00%,显著低于对照组,P<0.05。观察组重型脑外伤患者COS评分情况优于对照组,两组间相比较,P<0.05。结论:分步控制性减压术治疗重型脑外伤效果十分显著,且能够有效降低其并发症发生率,值得研究。
Objective: To explore the effect of controlled decompression in treating severe brain injury. Methods: In this study, 100 patients with severe brain injury were collected, and the time was from October 2011 to September 2016. After that, the subjects were randomly grouped, namely the observation group, who received the treatment of step-controlled decompression and the control group, who received routine craniotomy and bone flap decompression, the postoperative complications and COS score in 2 groups were observed and analyzed. Results: The incidence of postoperative complications in patients with severe brain trauma of the observation group was 2.00%, which was significantly lower than that of the control group, P<0.05. In the observation group, the COS score of patients with severe brain injury was better than that in the control group, and the comparison between the two groups showed P<0.05. Conclusion: Stepwise controlled decompression was very effective in the treatment of severe traumatic brain injury, and it could effectively reduce the incidence of complications, which was worth studying.
