摘要
高新产业发展越来越成为衡量制造业是否具备竞争力的重要标志。在产业转型升级大背景下,中国高新产业近况值得关注。以省份为研究对象,利用DEA拓展模型探究了各地区高新产业的技术效率和规模效率,结果表明2015年至2017年部分地区高新产业的纯技术效率较高,技术创新显现一定的效果。总体而言,高新产业技术无效状况明显,技术创新活动的纯技术效率和规模效率是影响中国高新产业效率的重要因素。以江苏省高新产业为例,利用效率值进一步分析不同高新行业的规模效率和拥挤迹象。提出技术创新是重中之重,与此同时,高新产业必须走集约型、内涵式的发展道路。
        The development of high-tech industry has increasingly become an important indicator of the competitiveness of manufacturing industry. In the context of industrial transformation and upgrading, the recent situation of China's high-tech industries deserves our attention. Taking provinces as the research object, this paper explores the technological efficiency and scale efficiency of high-tech industries in different regions by using DEA expansion model. The results show that the pure technological efficiency of high-tech industries in some regions is higher from 2015 to 2017, and technological innovation shows certain effects. Generally speaking, the technology inefficiency of high-tech industries is obvious. The pure technology efficiency and scale efficiency of technological innovation activities are the important factors affecting the efficiency of China's high-tech industries.Taking the high-tech industries in Jiangsu Province as an example, the use efficiency value further analyses the scale efficiency and congestion signs of different high-tech industries. It is pointed out that technological innovation is the top priority. At the same time, the high-tech industry must take an intensive and connotative development path.
