电缆夹层在±800kV特高压 换流站控制楼的应用

摘要
为了解决特高压换流站主(辅)控制楼内一层电气设备房间采用电缆沟道敷设电缆困难,以及防止换流站在运行多年后,由于地基不均匀沉降导致屏柜及基础发生倾斜的问题,提出在主(辅)控制楼一层电气设备房间设计中采用全地下电缆夹层设计方案,并将电缆夹层与电缆沟道方案进行技术经济比较,得出采用电缆夹层方案比采用电缆沟道方案增加投资35.2×104元。电缆夹层结构型式已经在哈密南、灵州、酒泉±800kV换流站主(辅)控制楼一层得到应用,研究结果表面:主(辅)控制楼采用电缆夹层方案安装操作空间大,敷设电缆方便,提高了电缆敷设的安装进度,节约了施工工期。
        In order to solve the difficulties of laying cables in the first floor electrical equipment room of UHV converter station using cable trenches and to prevent the commutation station from running for many years,due to the uneven settlement of the foundation,the cabinet and the foundation are tilted.This paper puts forward the design scheme of all underground cable sandwich in the design of the first floor electrical equipment room of the main(auxiliary)control building,and compares the cable sandwich with the cable channel scheme technologically and economically.It is concluded that the investment of cable sandwich scheme is 35.2×104 yuan higher than that of cable channel scheme.The structure of the cable sandwich has been used in Hami south,Lingzhou,Jiuquan ±800 kV converter station.The research results show that the main(auxiliary)control building adopts the cable sandwich scheme to install and operate large space,easy to lay cables,improves the installation progress of cable laying and saves the construction period.
