摘要

进入21世纪以来,随着建筑业的快速发展,国家及行业主管部门经过多年以来对建筑业市场的整顿、制度建设及有效监管,我国的建筑市场正在进入健康的发展轨道。同时,对于"新常态"下建筑业的发展无论大小施工企业均面临着越来越激烈的竞争。而要想在同等实力下的众多企业中赢得项目,降低工程造价、合理有效对项目进行过程管控不失成为一种有效措施。论文从项目投标、施工阶段、结算过程做了比较详细的控制管理,并提出了相应解决对策。
        Since twenty-first century, with the rapid development of the construction industry, national and industry authorities after rectification of the construction market in recent years, the construction of system and effective supervision, China's construction market is entering a healthy development track. At the same time, the development of the"new normal"construction industry regardless of the size of the construction enterprises are facing more and more the more fierce competition. Many enterprises want to win in the same strength under the project, reduce project cost, reasonable and effective process control of project yet become an effective measures. This article from the project bidding, construction stage, the settlement process control management in detail, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.
