摘要
针对现有水平分支井射流驱动导入工具中的压力感应式喷嘴开启后无法闭合的现状,引入两块相互吸引的磁铁作为闭合控制阀的辅助动力来源,设计了一种结构稳定、控制简单的具有"常压闭合、中压开启、高压闭合"功能的射流控制阀。对设计的控制阀进行了受力分析,建立了力平衡方程,确定了主要设计参数。对控制阀腔内流体及阀芯进行了流固耦合仿真分析,分析结果显示,最大应力远小于材料的屈服强度,满足设计要求。对样机的开启、闭合压力进行了测试,开启压力的测试值与设计值之间的误差为5%,闭合压力的测试值与设计值之间的误差为7%。研究结果表明,该控制阀满足设计要求及强度要求。该设计对于水平分支井二次重入技术的发展具有一定的促进作用。
        In view of the fact that the pressure-sensing nozzle in the horizontal multilateral well jet-drive guide tool cannot be closed after opening,two magnets attracting each other are introduced as the auxiliary power source for closing the control valve,and a jet control valve with stable structure and simple control are designed. The jet control valve has the functions of "normal pressure close,medium pressure open and high pressure close". The forces on the designed control valve are analyzed. The force balance equation is established to determine the main design parameters. The fluid-solid coupling simulation analysis results of the fluid and valve core of the control valve cavity show that the maximum stress is much smaller than the yield strength of the material and meets the design requirements. The opening and closing pressures of the prototype are tested. The error between the test value and the design value of the opening pressure and the closing pressure is 5% and 7%,respectively. The research results show that the control valve meets the design requirements and strength requirements. The design of the control valve has a certain promotion effect on the development of reentry technology of horizontal multilateral wells.
