联动式高职院校图书馆科研服务体系构建研究

摘要
在CALIS、JALIS的指导下,高职院校图书馆资源建设越来越丰富,但资源利用效果还不够突出。文章从图书馆科研服务体系的内涵出发,从组织架构、服务机制、服务模式、评价机制等几个方面对服务体系构建进行了分析、阐述,并从制度保障、执行力保障、激励机制保障三个方面探讨了高职院校图书馆科研服务体系如何有效运行。
Under the guidance of CALIS and JALIS, the library resources construction of higher vocational colleges is becoming more and more abundant, but the resource utilization effect is not outstanding enough. Based on the connotation of the library scientific research service system, this paper analyzes and expounds the construction of the service system from the aspects of organizational structure, service mechanism, service model and evaluation mechanism.This paper also probes into how to effectively operate the scientific research service system of higher vocational college library from three aspects of system guarantee, execution guarantee and incentive mechanism guarantee.
