摘要
"关节角效应"是高校体育类专业必修课程《运动生理学》中的教学难点之一。因为人体肘关节的构造与功能比较复杂、骨杠杆角度难以测量、肌肉受力分析变化等特点,使得学生对人体肌肉力量的"关节角效应"不易理解与掌握,对肌肉力量素质与训练、《运动训练学》、《运动生物力学》等后续章节和课程的学习带来了困难。文章以肱二头肌力量与肘关节的"关节角效应"为例,对肘关节构造、肱二头肌功能进行分析,重点分析了"关节角效应"的杠杆原理并对高教版《运动生理学》教材中的案例进行了教学反思,最后提出"关节角效应"教学的对策与建议,以期为《运动生理学》课程教学提供理论参考。
        " Joint angle effect" is one of the difficult points in sports physiology for sports majors in colleges and universities. Because the structure and function of the elbow joint are complex,the angle of the bone lever is difficult to be measured and the muscle stress analysis is changed,so the students are not easy to understand and master the " joint angle effect" of the muscle strength of the human body,and the learning of the course has brought difficulties from the following chapters,such as muscle strength quality and training,sports training,sports biomechanics,etc. Taking the strength of biceps and the " joint angle effect" of the elbow joint as an example,this paper analyzes the structure of the elbow joint and the function of the biceps. It focuses on the analysis of the lever principle of the " joint angle effect" and rethinks the cases in the teaching material of " sports physiology" in the high education edition,and finally puts forward the teaching of " joint angle effect " countermeasures and suggestions in order to provide a theoretical reference for the teaching of sports physiology.
