肛肠科手术中应用中医肛俞穴麻醉的临床效果观察

摘要
目的:探讨肛肠科手术中应用中医肛俞穴麻醉的临床效果并进行观察。方法:将2016年8月-2017年8月期间在我院接受肛肠科疾病手术治疗的80例患者作为研究对象,根据麻醉方法的不同随机分为对照组和研究组,对照组患者应用中医腰俞穴麻醉方法,研究组患者应用中医肛俞穴麻醉方法,对比两组患临床效果。结果:研究组患者治疗总优良率明显高于对照组患者(P <0.05)。结论:肛肠疾病手术患者应用中医肛俞穴麻醉方法,患者临床效果理想,且麻醉时间较长,是一种有效的中长效麻醉方法,应当在临床中进行推广和应用。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect and observe the application of traditional Chinese Gangshu point( 肛俞穴 anesthesia in anorectal surgery. Methods: 80 cases of patients with anorectal disease treated in our hospital from August 2016 to August 2017 were selected as the research subjects and were randomly divided into the control group and the research group according to the different method of anesthesia, the control group patients received lumbar anesthesia at shenshu point method while the research group received application of traditional Chinese medicine anal anesthesia at Gangshu point( 肛俞穴), the clinical effect of two groups was compared.Results: The total excellent rate of treatment in the research group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: The application of traditional Chinese medicine anal anesthesia at Gangshu poin( 肛俞穴) had ideal clinical effect and long time of anesthesia, it was an effective method of long-term anesthesia, which was worthy of the clinical popularization and application.
